Avenir Font is a geometric sans-serif typeface that was designed by the famous designer Adrian Frutiger and he released this typeface under the banner of Linotype GmbH in the year of 1988.
The nature of this font is not purely geometric. There is a reason behind that is the horizontal strokes of this typeface are much thinner in style than the verticals and that is the reason it is mostly used by graphic designers.
According to the author, it is the best typeface he had ever made and he calls it the masterpiece there are only some fonts that are compatible with this typeface, and cassandra font is one of them. Avenir font is the most used typeface on android devices.
