Facebook Font was meticulously crafted by Mike Buzzard and was well-received by the owner of Facebook. It belongs to the Sans-serif typeface family and it was published in the year 2010 by Monotype Design Studio. Despite numerous changes over the years, the overall appearance of the typeface has remained constant.
The Facebook logo font is 95% similar to the Klavika font however, the font seems to be broadly applicable to complement a variety of fonts.
The designer emphasized the clarity, legibility, and simplicity of the font. Over the span, some modifications have been made to this typeface as the letters in the current Facebook logo have slightly different kernings and angles.
